Kate Swarm

She finds her greatest joy in holding space for other people, it is her gift. Before she was a yoga teacher she was a birth doula creating an atmosphere of kindness, encouragement, and education for women in labor. She guided pregnant mommas while they were in their most vulnerable state, and provided them with support so they could tune in and listen to their bodies. She feels that, as a yoga teacher, she holds the same space for people. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and loving place for people to come explore the boundless possibilities of their form.

Kate believes yoga is a place to unite mind, body and soul. Yoga is that place where everything that came before, and everything that lies ahead, quiets. Yoga is the moment when world falls to a hush, and you exist in the NOW. Yoga is where all the pieces of who you are come together, and all the excess fades away. To do yoga, means to exist in the present moment; it is less about the physical asana, and more about fully experiencing the connection that happens between mind, body and soul while you practice.

Besides being a yoga teacher, Kate teams up with Walter Yoga to produce extraordinary events.

Bentley Fazi

Like many others, Bentley’s yoga journey began as a place to stretch and strengthen her body. She quickly fell in love with the practice, as she initially was able to witness the physical benefits first-hand. Over time the less noticeable internal shifts slowly began to take shape as she dove deeper into her practice. A consistent practice over a few years culminated in a strong desire to gain more knowledge, insight, and appreciation for what the practice was giving her. In 2016, she left her full time job and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Modern Yoga in Scottsdale. Recently, Bentley signed on as an advocate with Alo Yoga.

Yoga became her path to discovering her truth. It’s guidance, love, patience and sheer force paved the way to reveal who she really was. Her teachings incorporate elements of patience, understanding, and acceptance, but always include elements of challenge. She believes that our mats are a place for continual growth and that growth finds itself in those small spaces when you question yourself, “can I do it?” Bentley strives to cultivate an environment fueled with opportunities for self-discovery. A place to come as you are and take what you need. Incorporating unique sequencing and energizing flows are her peak passion, but ultimately creating that safe space for her students just to be, carries the most value and gratitude.

Paige Fleischmann

After practicing yoga for over 12 years Paige decided to pursue her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate at Inner Vision Yoga in Chandler Arizona in 2015. The decision to become a certified teacher was more for developing her own spiritual awakening and wanting to dive deeper into the philosophy, but along the way she realized how many of her clients needed the stress relief of Yin yoga. She began offering private sessions to her clients as well as monthly classes at Premier Fitness Systems where she was a Strength Coach and Movement Specialist to not only elite athletes, but also many everyday people. Bringing the anatomy and physiology of breath to life with her Vinyasa-style flow Paige offers strength, structure, balance and mobility for all who attend. She uses the body's Prana as her guide to help move students through more somatic shapes and postures.

While Paige enjoys teaching Yin Yoga- the more meditative, calming approach to yoga, she also incorporates Kundalini and Kriya into her practice. She is a wealth of knowledge as it relates to not only human biomechanics, but also the science of the respiratory system to create her unique style. It is a blend of practices that are not only physically sound but emotional connected.

Marney Henze

Marney has been practicing yoga since 2008- It wasn’t until 2016 when she took a yoga class that incorporated a breath work called ‘kriya’ that cracked her heart wide open to the teachings beyond the physical practice. Kriya is evolutionary action that helps and helps re-wire the brain and can help take you out of your sympathetic nervous system ‘fight or flight’ into the parasympathetic nervous system, ‘rest & digest.’ She has been teaching for over 4 years, and teaches many different styles of yoga. Yoga isn’t something she simply ‘does,’ it is her way of life. She blends movement, breath work, kriya, and meditation into all of her classes. She hopes to inspire others through these yoga practices and take a deep dive into themselves, and live with their heart wide open.

When Marney isn’t teaching yoga, you can find her all around town at local markets & in local boutiques, doing pop-up events with her jewelry business, Honey Lula Designs. She has a very eclectic assortment of designs from malas, earrings, rings, & permanent jewelry which you can find at www.honeyluladesigns.com
